- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes technologies.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader for Java and .Net agents and Alerts, and ramp up on additional agents such as Node, GO, PHP, and Python.
- Support customers in installation, configuration, and data exploration requests.
- Collaborate with peers to identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
- Advocate customer feedback to Product teams for enhancements.
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation and Knowledge Centered Support (KCS).
- Work PT hours on weekdays with occasional weekend or holiday shifts as needed.

- Relevant technical or IT education preferred but not explicitly required.
