Skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Ability to run scripts in Python and Bash
- Familiarity with RPA automation, SFTP, Systemd, and Ubuntu
- Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as Pagerduty and Sentry
- Understanding of queue-based infrastructure like Celery
- 3-5 years experience in troubleshooting tier 1 and tier 2 issues
- 3-5 years experience with API issue resolution
- Exposure to healthcare organizations and clinicians
- Familiarity with provider credentialing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Triage, escalate, and resolve technical support requests from clients and internal teams
- Respond promptly and assess root causes, workarounds, and resolution options
- Provide live coverage support during specified hours
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams
- Follow up and coordinate on internal requests and work in progress
- Create and improve workflows for support ticket triage and escalation
- Develop internal tooling to increase visibility of issue origins
- Apply software testing best practices to identify and resolve issues
- Contribute ideas to improve team growth and collaboration
Education
- Relevant technical or IT-related education preferred
