Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

As our Manager of Workplace Product, you will act as a visionary leader, responsible for the strategy and execution of products that seamlessly blend our digital and physical spaces. You will lead a team of three Product Managers, guiding them through the strategic build-vs-buy conundrum and empowering them to create and implement solutions for our global workforce. Your domain will span the entire employee journey; from the moment they enter a building to how they connect with their colleagues. This includes the strategic integration of digital signage, wayfinding, IoT devices, and even VR headsets, all vertically aligned with the underlying hardware and software.
This role requires a leader who can use "soft power" and influence to drive change and align stakeholders, ensuring our product vision is a shared reality. You will be at the forefront of our product lifecycle, defining, delivering, and measuring success with a data-driven mindset.

Salary: $110,000-$150,000 (Bonus Eligible)
