We are more than a fast-paced, high-growth tech company; we care about our people and take career progression seriously. This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are.
About the role:
This is an exciting role of ‘team lead’ for our cross-functional “Credit Building” Mission Aligned Team (MAT) to help people build credit and at the same time build sustainable Product-Market-Model-Channel (PMMC) Fits.
This is a newly built team wherein you will be accountable for the OKRs and outcomes of your product domain in growth, activation, setup, habit, retention, LTV:CAC, and other key metrics, for our existing credit building products and any new products that help users build credit. You will work directly with engineers, designers, data analysts, growth leads, legal, compliance and many other cross-functional partners to develop product strategy, organize and execute sprints, and deliver outcomes. You’ll report directly to the Sr. Group PM for Financial Products and interface and present to executives (GM, CEO, CTO, SVP Product, etc.) on a routine basis.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent leader, has experience with leading successful 0-1 products, optimized existing products, drives teams to execute in ambiguous circumstances, and is able to dig deep into the data, extract key insights, and make critical decisions based on analysis. We want someone with a strong bias for action, takes ownership, and comes with solutions to problems we didn’t know existed.
At Super.com, we believe in supporting our team so they can thrive—both at work and in life.
