Responsibilities
- Gather and translate client and end-user requirements into product backlog items
- Prioritize features and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition
- Coordinate with client representatives to validate requirements and align on deliverables
- Monitor product performance, capture feedback, and iterate on product improvements
- Ensure product decisions meet security and compliance requirements for federal programs
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience in product management or federal programs accepted
