The Contracts and Operations Specialist will support the planning, drafting, obtaining approvals for, signing, registering, filing and tracking contracts and other agreements (collectively “agreements”) for the Global Membership Department. S/He provides oversight and assistance to Membership teams to complete agreements that meet the business needs for the work contracted as well as following the agreements process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and local law.
This role ensures effective tracking mechanisms to monitor the workflow process for agreements in order to help Program Managers manage their agreements, mitigate delays, and provide updates to stakeholders in a timely manner. This professional will be working closely with Membership teams to provide advice related to agreements for the implementation of fundraising program activities and work closely with Legal, Finance, and Information Security and Privacy to ensure that the terms and conditions of the agreements are appropriate for the given transaction or relationship.

This role offers a great mix of independent work and team-based project work. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task, track and complete many items simultaneously and have great customer service skills!
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination
Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting the data
Experience negotiating, drafting, and/or managing agreements
Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading
Experience coordinating administrative processes
Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines; and
Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $66,950 - $97,500. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
