- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
- FP&A: forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
- Understanding of US GAAP and period close processes
- Ability to build and maintain customer/product P&Ls
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- Effective cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools and dashboards
Responsibilities
- Support period-end, quarterly and year-end financial reporting and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate period close activities with accounting and FP&A leadership to ensure timely, accurate information.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business users across the company.
- Develop customer and product P&Ls in partnership with brand managers and evaluate profitability.
- Analyze marketing spend, vendor agreements and ROI to inform decision-making.
- Provide variance analysis, insights on key drivers, risks and opportunities to business partners.
- Contribute to annual planning and consolidation of financial plans.
- Champion process improvements and share best practices to improve cross-functional efficiency.
- Support internal controls, audits and ad hoc finance projects as needed.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Relevant finance coursework or certifications a plus
