The Garden's mission is to connect people and plants through display, education, conservation, and applied science. The Garden has beautifully restored native habitats, cultivated gardens, walking trails, and public programming that offer education and enjoyment for people of all ages. Position Summary: The Philanthropy Manager supports the fundraising goals of Naples Botanical Garden by leading donor pipeline management, overseeing mid-level giving strategies, and ensuring high-quality donor communications. This role plays a key part in strengthening the Garden’s philanthropic culture and advancing mission-driven development efforts. A strong team player, the Philanthropy Manager must be a collaborative partner across departments and within the Development team. This is an on-site position.
