Flavor Profile
As an Event & Community Sales Associate, you are the first line of connection for guests, families, schools, and corporate clients looking to celebrate with us. This remote role is designed for a highly motivated, organized, and fearless communicator who thrives on turning inquiries into bookings and building relationships through calls, research, and hospitality-driven service.
Working Saturday–Wednesday, 2pm–10pm EST, you manage inbound event inquiries, handle outbound sales calls, and ensure smooth conversion of leads into group sales, field trips, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also dedicate at least 10 hours per week to cold calling and outreach, while supporting sales operations through research, AI-powered copywriting, and meticulous follow-up.
This is a perfect role for someone who loves sales, believes in the “yes” hospitality mindset, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to make connections. Spanish-speaking fluency is a strong plus.
