Automotive Sales Associates -Murgado Automotive Group's Brickell Campus -Career Fair!


Pay: $70,000 - $150,000+ per year (based on performance)


When: December 17 & 18 from 10am to 3pm


Where: Brickell Honda dealership -690 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33130

Two Ways to Start your Journey with Murgado Automotive Group:


1. Plan to attend our December 17 & 18 Career Fair from 10am – 3pm. Come dressed for success in professional Business Attire (men: white or blue shirt, dress pants, tie, jacket and/or suit preferred, comfortable/professional shoes; women: pant or skirt suit, blouse, heels or professional flat shoes), with RESUME in hand! FREE Valet Parking will be provided, and coffee & pastries will be served.


2. Or, if you can't make it on those dates, you can upload your updated resume and cover letter letting us know your availability for an in-person interview, and why you’d make a great member of our sales team! While this is an option, we highly recommend attending the career fair where you will be ensured an interview and may receive an on-the-spot offer!

Position Overview:


We are seeking dynamic Automotive Sales Associates to join our high-performing sales teams!


This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated sales and customer service professionals who want to grow their career with reputable brands. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class car-buying experience for our customers. You will represent our Honda, Mazda, Buick and GMC Certified vehicle lines, offering expertise and personalized service to assist customers in selecting their perfect vehicle.


Key Responsibilities:


Greet and engage customers, providing an exceptional shopping experience from the moment they arrive.

Understand customer needs and provide expert knowledge on vehicles and the latest automotive technologies.

Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, vehicle presentations, and financing options.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership goals.

Keep up to date with industry trends, inventory, and dealership promotions.

Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Finance team to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Follow up with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience.


Qualifications:


Customer Service and Sales experience highly desired but not required - we provide training by top automotive career professionals!

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Honda, Mazda, Buick and GMC

vehicles and products preferred.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
