The Role(s)
We're looking for Senior Recruiters with expertise either in Tech, G&A or Sales
About You
A minimum of 5 years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience with at least 2 years of experience recruiting at a high growth, venture backed technology company.
You are an expert in best practices, but take a nuanced approach to recruiting.
You have the ability to change altitudes, and think strategically while maintaining an excitement to zoom in and roll your sleeves up.
You are an expert in your craft, but always learning and improving--candidate management, stakeholder management, sourcing, outreach, closing.
Self-motivated, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
