As a Senior UX Designer, you will be a lead contributor, directly shaping the next generation of mobile public safety applications for our radios. We’re looking for a design expert who wants to lead in a hands-on way: You are equally passionate about delivering outstanding design solutions as you are about collaborating, and potentially mentoring, within a dynamic team. You strategically design to make sense of complex, multimodal workflows, including cutting-edge voice interfaces, with the ability to transform those insights into exceptional user experiences in real-world, mission-critical settings. You will champion human-centered design principles and collaborate cross-functionally. This is your opportunity to drive innovation and contribute to technologies that safeguard lives.
What You'll Do:

Adapt to rapidly shifting priorities and contribute to an agile, fast-paced innovation environment.
Champion a user-centered approach in the development and application of AI technologies.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI (ML, NLP, generative AI) to solve user problems and create novel, delightful experiences.
Lead the design and development of intuitive voice user interfaces (VUI) and multimodal experiences for mission-critical applications.
Define and refine voice interaction models, dialog flows, and persona guidelines for AI-driven features.
