As a Creative Director, you will guide, manage, and elevate the creative function across Fortune Brands, bringing bold ideas to life through brand campaigns, digital content, retail experiences, packaging, and more. You will guide a multidisciplinary in-house team while helping to shape a modern creative model that acts as a strategic partner to Brands, Products, Channel Marketing, Sales, and Consumer Insights. Your work will influence everything from top-of-funnel storytelling to execution across eComm, social, and channel marketing platforms.
You’ll be instrumental in establishing a strategic approach—one that integrates creative thinking early in the process and delivers concept-to-execution work that resonates with consumers and drives business results. This role requires a creative with strong agency or in-house concepting experience, who can move seamlessly from ideation through production while mentoring a collaborative, high-performing team.

POSITION LOCATION:This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $90,000 USD - $130,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
