About the Role

We’re forming a small, high-impact team to explore how people interact with on-chain data and financial systems.

As one of the first designers on this stealth initiative, you’ll own the user interface and overall visual design from concept to production. You’ll report directly to Mert, our CEO, collaborating with him and the founding team to turn raw, real-time data into intuitive, high-velocity experiences.

You’ll have full creative autonomy to design a system that feels as powerful as it is beautiful - translating complex financial and technical concepts into clarity and control. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, data, and markets, and who blends precision with imagination to create experiences people can’t look away from.

This is a remote position (North America & EMEA) reporting to the CEO, giving you high visibility and influence across the business.

What You'll Do:

• Lead UI design for a new, real-time product experience - from concept to launch.

• Collaborate with Mert and the founding team to shape product vision and prototype new interaction models.

• Design interfaces that make data-dense, high-velocity systems feel simple and elegant.

• Build a scalable design system that drives consistency, clarity, and visual precision.

• Work closely with engineers to ensure fidelity, performance, and seamless implementation.

• Iterate quickly based on data, user feedback, and evolving product goals.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of product or UI design experience - ideally in financial, trading, or data-driven platforms.

• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, systems thinking, and clarity in complex UIs.

• Mastery of Figma, with proficiency in motion or prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, etc.).

• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern interaction patterns.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with technical leaders.

• Curiosity about crypto, markets, and building at the frontier of finance and infrastructure.
