Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local – Buffalo, NYThe AI Adoption Lead is a strategic and highly collaborative role responsible for developing and driving AI (Artificial Intelligence) adoption strategies and roadmaps across Moog’s landscape. You will partner closely with other leaders to translate AI transformation visions into actionable execution plans that enhance job functions, operational efficiency, and innovation.
You will also champion an AI Value Creation mindset by ensuring that AI solutions accelerate organizational goals and are capable of unlocking unique business value.
To be considered for the AI Adoption Lead role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Change Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Over seven (7) years of relevant experience in digital transformation, inclusive of at least three (3) years of AI strategy, AI adoption and change management experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, applications in industrial settings, and emerging AI technologies.
Executive stakeholder management.
Deep experience with change management and technology adoption frameworks.
Strong familiarity with data governance, security, and ethical considerations surrounding AI deployment.
Experience building trust around AI systems.
Strong relationship building skills.
Agile mindset with experience supporting experimentation and innovation.
Travel may be required (10%-15%)

Familiarity with aerospace/defense manufacturing environments and their data challenges/opportunities.
Exposure to cloud/on-prem hybrid architectures and secure AI infrastructure.
Experience with data governance and privacy frameworks applicable to sensitive enterprise data.

As an AI Adoption Lead, you will:
Develop comprehensive AI adoption and transformation strategies.
Drive roadmap execution, collaborating globally with cross-functional teams.
Foster a culture of AI Value Creation.
Analyze existing workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration and workflow transformation.
Create AI awareness, buy-in, and adoption readiness across the organization.
Support change management efforts, training, and adoption programs related to AI solutions.
Regular engagement with executive stakeholders to promote cross-functional collaboration and buy-in for AI Value Creation initiatives across the organization.
Coordinate with Data, IT, Manufacturing, and Innovation groups to ensure aligned execution and secure deployment of AI technologies.
Identify leading indicators to measure AI adoption success and business value realization.
Establish multidisciplinary governance, and serve as a trusted advisor on AI risks, ethics, and best practices within digital projects.
Champion experimentation and iterative improvement cycles.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging AI technologies.

Salary Range Transparency:

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
