YOUR ROLE:
As a Human Factors Engineer II, you are in an intermediate-level position. In this role, you will work semi-independently under the
guidance of more senior team members to apply MTI’s user-centered research, analysis, design, and development process. Your primary focus will be on maturing your skills while applying human factors principles to create highly effective solutions for complex, critical missions
