Virtual Assistant 10 Hours per Week (IC-CC)

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management
- Manage emails and calendars (3)
- Schedule a short daily sync for the morning
- Founder Daily To-Do Support
- Help prioritize and organize tasks via Monday.com
- Ensure meeting deadlines, deliverables, requirements, etc.
- Manage communications between multiple stakeholders
- Create processes and systems as needed
- Assist with various other projects / tasks
- Business Development Task Management
- Track prospects/leads/status
- Send follow ups and reminders
- Organize documents
- Platforms:
- Google WorkSpace
- Slack
- Monday.com
- Experience as a project manager (a plus)
- Experience in advertising / marketing (a plus)
- Excellent communicator
- Intuitively organized
- Detail oriented
- Likes deadlines
- Proactive - Ability to anticipate needs / problem solve
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and timezones
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- 5 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
- Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
- Preference for ET or ability to meet in ET morning times
