Responsibilities
- Own corporate budgets, forecasting, and long-range planning to align with strategic goals
- Analyze financial statements and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to validate financial information and ensure alignment
- Support accounting during monthly close and financial reporting, including variance analysis
- Lead indirect rate management including development, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare Forward Pricing Rate Proposals ensuring government compliance
- Manage Estimate at Complete (EAC) compliance and financial health assessments
- Assist in managing capital, new business funds, and corporate investment projects
- Support audits to ensure compliance with disclosure statements and policies
- Develop scalable financial models for strategic planning and decision-making
- Propose and implement process improvements and automation across FP&A functions
- Lead special projects and serve as FP&A subject matter expert
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field
