Responsibilities
- Support contract workflows including intake, tracking, execution, and filing
- Monitor legal metrics and maintain dashboards
- Assist with implementation and management of CLM tools
- Migrate and organize contracts, maintain IP portfolio
- Track deadlines for intellectual property applications and filings
- Update internal legal resources like Notion
- Assist in management of board materials and portal support
- Maintain regulatory tracking database
- Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for General Counsel
- Organize materials and logistics for executive and board meetings
- Develop and edit presentations and internal documents
