Director of Strategic Innovation

Overview

The Director of Strategic Innovation is responsible for providing executive leadership, management, and oversight in the development, execution, and delivery of advanced solution operations within the Cyber, Technology, Operations & Strategic Innovation Business Unit. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in program management and a strong foundation in information technology. The Director will ensure operational excellence across all assigned programs, with responsibilities covering customer engagement and satisfaction, profit and loss (P&L) accountability, invoicing accuracy, and the development of strategies to foster organic growth and mission success.

 

Responsibilities

The Director of Strategic Innovation is responsible for providing executive leadership, management, and oversight in the development, execution, and delivery of advanced solution operations within the Cyber, Technology, Operations & Strategic Innovation Business Unit. This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in program management and a strong foundation in information technology. The Director will ensure operational excellence across all assigned programs, with responsibilities covering customer engagement and satisfaction, profit and loss (P&L) accountability, invoicing accuracy, and the development of strategies to foster organic growth and mission success.

Qualifications

Supervision and Reporting

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable credential required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in Federal Government information technology and network operations.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher required.
