Skills
- Deep knowledge of Medicare Part D and MPPP operational/regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting PBM and/or health plan Medicare operations
- Strong project and process management using toolsets like Jira, Confluence, Scribe, Lucid
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, LEFT, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with implementation and project managers to onboard MPPP clients in alignment with contracts and CMS guidance
- Interpret regulatory and sub-regulatory guidance and translate into operational tasks, workplans, and process changes
- Develop and maintain MPPP documentation, policies, procedures, reporting, job aids, workflows, and project plans
- Serve as primary internal and external point of contact for MPPP operations
- Monitor operations, lead root cause analyses for errors, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support execution and oversight of MPPP activities
- Identify opportunities for process and capability improvements to support compliance and audit readiness
- Ensure adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct and report noncompliance as required
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of relevant experience in lieu of formal degree accepted
