Why this role matters

Every call at Meadow represents a family in an unfamiliar moment. You’ll help our reps turn those conversations into comfort and clarity. Starting as a senior rep, you’ll master our consultative process, then quickly step into team leadership. You’ll coach, manage daily operations, and help us scale a high-performing, low-ego sales team.

This is a unique chance to lead from within and shape a new kind of service organization.

What you’ll do

Start as a seller. Become a subject matter expert. Grow into a leader. Stay close to the work.

As a seller

  • Guide families from first contact to decision: consultative, high-trust, phone-based sales.

  • Own your leads and quota; hit conversion targets through clear, empathetic conversations.

  • Model unmatched hospitality and high agency in every interaction.

As a Team Lead

  • Manage the day shift team, ensuring daily execution and service quality.

    • Lead 1:1s, shift check-ins, team standups, and performance reviews.

    • Monitor rep activity and be the first escalation point.

    • Coach and support reps through feedback, shadowing, and hands-on help.

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training for new reps.

  • Help scale what works—identify gaps and improve process as we grow.

You’ll thrive here if you…

  • Have 5+ years of B2C phone sales experience, with a track record of performance.

  • Have managed (formally or informally) and care deeply about coaching others to succeed.

  • Lead with empathy and act with agency: you take ownership and raise the bar.

  • Want to grow into a bigger leadership role as the team scales (this role is scoped to grow).

  • Are excited about Meadow’s mission—and believe service can be both high-performance and high-heart

Details:

  • Remote | Anywhere in the US

  • Hours: 9am–6pm PT (includes break)

  • Tools: HubSpot, Aircall, Slack, internal systems
