So we flipped the traditional approach on its head and rebuilt the agency model with the client in mind. Today, we're growing a team of talent from across the United States to reimagine how brands advertise on TV.
We’re looking for a Product Design Lead to own the user experience and interface design of internal and client-facing products. Reporting to the VP of AI, you’ll shape the design direction across a growing portfolio of tools and platforms, working closely with product, engineering and cross-functional teams. This is a rare opportunity to drive meaningful product design inside a high-trust, innovation-focused environment.
In this role you’ll:
Lead UX/UI design across the full product lifecycle for internal and external platforms
Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure clarity, consistency and speed
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align product vision with design execution
Build prototypes and rapidly iterate based on feedback and evolving product needs
We’re seeking someone with experience including:
5+ years of experience in digital product design
Experience designing both internal tools and client-facing products
Experience with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma for design and prototyping
Portfolio demonstrating deep UX/UI work on web or platform-based products
Prior ownership of design systems
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Experience in dynamic environments or startup-like teams
