Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service design for software-to-service experiences that support small business owners and employees.
- Define medium-term visions and roadmaps for cohesive service experiences across multiple teams.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights to inform experience strategy and prioritize opportunities.
- Blueprint, prototype, and guide implementation of complex cross-channel service flows.
- Partner with R&D, service, operations, and external stakeholders to identify and solve mission-critical problems.
- Advocate user-centered practices and influence strategic decisions with senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to frameworks, documentation, and learning to evolve service design capability across the organization.
- Communicate vision and concepts clearly to diverse audiences to create alignment and drive action.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating service, product, and systems-level design work
