- Ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for UX decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product design vision and strategy for Omnichannel.
- Create high-quality design solutions and drive the design process from concept to delivery.
- Extend and apply Omnichannel's design system across features and interfaces.
- Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into product improvements.
- Build prototypes to validate concepts and test usability with stakeholders and users.
- Solicit and provide design feedback to raise quality across the team.
- Present design work at varying fidelities to product management and leadership.
- Mentor and inspire designers to push UX quality and craft.
Education
- Degree in HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or related field preferred (not required).
