We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Contracts Assistant to join our dynamic team!
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in contract-related roles (commercial, service agreements, or similar).
- Education: Studies in Law, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Languages: 100% Bilingual (Spanish – English, B2-C1 minimum, both written and conversational).
- Technology: Proficiency in contract management software and tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Excel, Slack, Monday, and case management systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, service agreements, and related legal documents.
- Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure proper execution of agreements.
- Maintain updated contract management systems and the firm’s document database.
- Provide support in basic negotiations and follow-up on contractual commitments.
- Prepare control, status, and compliance reports regarding contracts.
- Ensure that all processes comply with legal, regulatory, and confidentiality standards.
