  • Ensure all staff and child files always meet compliance
  • Ensure monthly fire drills are completed
  • Schedule school staff within budgeted payroll guidelines, ensuring that licensure guidelines and company quality standards are met and maintained
  • Guide our teaching team to excellence.
  • Engage in active listening with staff to build relationships, understand individuals' goals and interests, take the initiative to assist in achieving those goals, and create a cohesive team effort with cooperative relationships.
  • Ensure the implementation of a developmental and multicultural curriculum that fosters the progression of skills and social development in all children.
  • Review each classroom’s daily program schedule to ensure that it reflects the progression of skill development between classrooms. Monitor the implementation of the curriculum as planned
  • Help guide staff in assessing growth and recording weekly growth as observations in Teacher Strategies Gold.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings, one-on-one meetings with all staff, and parent meetings as needed
