At our Pembroke center, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values connection, compassion, and curiosity. You'll provide loving, responsive care in a safe, enriching environment designed to help our littlest learners feel secure, soothed, and stimulated. From tummy time to first steps, you’ll play an important role in shaping a child’s earliest experiences and building the foundation for lifelong learning.

If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a setting that feels like home, apply today to become an Infant Teacher with us. Let’s grow together—one cuddle, one giggle, and one milestone at a time.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children

  • Keeping parents informed by posting parent information on the Class Dojo app and classroom boards.
  • Providing a safe environment by maintaining orderly, clean, and appealing classrooms.
  • Encouraging children’s participation by providing age-appropriate interactive activities.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the classroom: routine opening/closing of the classroom (including, but not limited to wiping down the toys, cleaning tables, vacuuming the room, sanitizing the room (after all children have left), bathrooms, emptying trash, and overall preparation of the classroom for the next morning.
  • Engaging with students in free play, supervising/zone during outdoor time, helping with bathroom needs and diapering, bottle and meal assistance (preparing bottles, heating up lunches, cutting up food, helping open containers, supervision), naptime assistance, etc.
  • Adhering to infants' individual feeding and sleeping schedules.
  • Tracking children’s progress and completing assessments.
