Skills
- 3+ years leading life sciences product launches (US and global experience preferred)
- 3+ years consulting experience
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
- Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent project management tools
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience tracking launch KPIs and reporting progress
- Business development and client-facing experience
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed launch plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure organizational alignment
- Oversee day-to-day launch execution, readiness reviews, risk/opportunity management, KPI tracking and reporting
- Lead Day 0 planning and execution activities
- Manage stakeholder communication and foster strong client relationships with brand and functional leads
- Support business development: build pipeline, contribute to proposals, and represent MHC externally
- Contribute to practice development by building tools, processes, and go-to-market offerings
- Uphold MHC cultural values (ACES: Accountable, Collaborative, Entrepreneurial, Simple)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred
- Advanced degrees (MBA, PharmD, PhD) are a plus but not required
