- Extensive experience with AI/ML platform stacks including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLM orchestration frameworks, and major cloud AI platforms.
- Strong data architecture knowledge including ELT processes, event streams, APIs, and integration tooling.
- Proven governance expertise covering AI model lifecycle, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI use.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical AI strategies into board-level business value.
Responsibilities
- Select and implement AI capabilities across key enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Define enterprise-wide AI reference architecture and standards balancing innovation, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain AI adoption roadmaps and maturity models aligned with business goals.
- Lead delivery of scalable AI services, proofs-of-concept, and production deployments with cross-functional teams.
- Establish MLOps foundations including CI/CD, feature stores, observability, and responsible AI evaluation.
- Collaborate with Security and Legal on model provenance, IP protection, and third-party risk assessments.
- Publish AI impact scorecards translating technical metrics into business KPIs and promote AI successes organization-wide.
- Mentor architects, data scientists, and conduct upskilling workshops for engineers and business stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
