Responsibilities
- Administer and provide escalation support for SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Office365, Confluence, Jira, Okta, Jamf, and Intune.
- Implement and maintain policies, software deployment, patching, and security compliance for Mac and Windows endpoints.
- Manage lifecycle of core collaboration and endpoint management platforms.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Monitor system health, performance, and proactively resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, and Legal teams to integrate SaaS tools securely.
- Conduct system investigations for Legal and HR requirements.
- Assist in vendor management and product evaluations.
- Lead onboarding of new applications for single sign-on.
- Develop and maintain technical procedures, policies, and engineering roadmaps.
- Provide Tier 3 IT support.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
