Responsibilities
- Administer and provide escalation support for SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Office365, Confluence, Jira, Okta, Jamf, and Intune.
- Implement and maintain policies, software deployment, patching, and security compliance for Mac and Windows endpoints.
- Own lifecycle management of collaboration and endpoint management platforms.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows using Python, PowerShell, and Okta Workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Monitor system health, performance, and usage, resolving or escalating issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Security, Engineering, HR, and Legal for alignment and integration of SaaS tools.
- Perform investigations for Legal and HR across systems.
- Assist with vendor management and product evaluations.
- Drive IT solutions and projects.
- Onboard new applications for single sign-on.
- Develop and maintain technical procedures, policies, and engineering roadmaps.
- Work with the Security team to implement security best practices.
- Provide Tier 3 IT support.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
