Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive protocols such as CAN, LIN, MOST, and Ethernet
- Experience analyzing logs to determine root causes
- Hands-on experience with Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape or similar tools
- Automation experience in application testing or tool development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end system validation of Infotainment software
- Drive test strategy decisions with cross-functional teams including QA, validation, development, systems engineering, and product
- Create and update manual and automated test cases for system validation
- Troubleshoot systems, subsystems, and components using lab and measurement equipment and automotive-specific tools
- Identify test gaps and drive solutions for continuous improvement
- Manage test environments and equipment
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
