We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Network Development team, a high-impact group responsible for driving growth through strategic acquisitions and divestitures across the country.
In this dynamic role, you'll partner with leaders across the business to evaluate potential dealership transactions, perform financial modeling, and support due diligence. From day one, your work will play a key role in shaping LAD’s continued nationwide expansion.
What You'll Do:
Analyze dealership acquisition opportunities, build financial models, and present valuation findings to decision-makers
Support due diligence efforts by coordinating with internal teams and assessing key operational and financial data
Conduct market research, brand and demographic analysis to inform acquisition and divestiture strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate newly acquired data and reconcile financial statements
Prepare reports and presentations that drive executive decision-making
Contribute to broader corporate development projects such as new market entries and capital investment evaluations
Proactively identify areas to enhance data accuracy, process efficiency, and strategic insights
1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, investment banking, or corporate development (Automotive industry experience a plus)
A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
Advanced Excel skills and experience in valuation methodologies (DCF, IRR, ROI)
Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Strong communication abilities—able to simplify complex data for leadership audiences
A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A desire to learn and adapt to LAD’s unique business model and acquisition strategy
