Senior Digital Retail Campaign Manager, Search & Social

Liquid Death is a fast-growing non-alcoholic beverage brand using bold creative to drive brand awareness and sustainable practices. They seek a Senior Digital Retail Campaign Manager to own lower- and mid-funnel search and paid social across retail media networks and social platforms, optimizing performance to convert awareness into .com and in-store sales while partnering closely with eComm, merchandising and brand teams.

Skills

  • Proven experience managing retail media search advertising (Amazon Sponsored Products, Amazon DSP, Kroger, Walmart, Target).
  • Strong paid social experience on Meta and TikTok with performance-max funnel execution.
  • Advanced analytical skills: cohort analysis, incrementality testing, MTA and performance recaps.
  • Comfort with ad automation tools and platforms; ability to design automation strategies and monitor outcomes.
  • Budget management experience for multi-million dollar ad spends and fluency in forecasting and pacing.
  • A/B testing and creative optimization experience across search and social channels.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present executive-level recommendations.
  • Familiarity with retail ad formats and partner platforms (Criteo, Citrus Ads, Instacart Ads, Stackline preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Architect and scale lower-funnel search campaigns across retail media networks (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Kroger, Target, Instacart, etc.) to drive incremental sales and New-to-Brand/household penetration.
  • Build and optimize mid- and lower-funnel paid social funnels on Meta, TikTok, Snap prioritizing frequency, retargeting, and conversion.
  • Manage bidding strategies, budget pacing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing across platforms to maximize ROI and NTB growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with eComm, merchandising and brand teams to ensure campaign execution, inventory alignment and accurate attribution.
  • Own quarterly ad spend forecasting, real-time pacing dashboards and executive performance recaps (incrementality, halo, MTA where applicable).
  • Proactively test new retail media and social tactics, influence platform roadmaps, and pilot first-mover initiatives.
  • Manage external ad reps and agency/partner relationships to drive beta tests and more efficient media investment.
  • Ensure ad strategies account for promotions, inventory and other retail levers that impact revenue and profitability.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Meta, Amazon Advertising) are a plus
  • Practical training/experience in analytics, attribution and ad tech platforms
