  • A clear understanding of the overall strategy and design intent
  • Workflow optimization and behavioral change enablement

  • Craft the end-to-end experience for employees transitioning to AI-first environments (e.g. 1030 Maude Sunnyvale California) ensuring clarity, expectation, and consistent engagement during shifts in ways of working.

Develop Communication and Engagement Plans

  • In partnership with Corp Comms, build and execute compelling multi-channel communication strategies that make the “why,” “what,” and “how” of the Relationship Workplace clear and inspiring.

Establish and Consistently Measure KPIs and Impact

  • Define, track, and continuously refine key performance indicators such as adoption, engagement, sentiment, utilization, and relevant performance impact

Establish Change Management Playbooks and Toolkits

  • Create scalable templates, guides, and playbooks to enable site and project teams to implement change management practices consistently across our global portfolio

Foster a Culture of Continuous Learning and Agility

  • Consistently lead lesson learned sessions to understand what’s working and identity areas for improvement, with the end goal of continuously evolving our change management capability.

Provide Leadership for Change Management Team

  • Lead and mentor high performing team to ensure alignment to strategy, consistency in execution, and high-quality delivery across all workplace transformation initiatives.
