Job Description

Link Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Adelphi, MD.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen  
  • Must have an active DoD Security Clearance.
  • Non-remote (relocation incentive available) 

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met in the delivery of IT services and infrastructure support. This role involves developing and executing quality assurance plans, conducting audits, and working closely with various technical teams to ensure that all services meet or exceed established performance standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, procedures, and deliverables to ensure compliance with PWS requirements, Army regulations, and best practices. Document findings and work with teams to address any non-conformities or deficiencies. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. Provide regular reports to management on performance trends and areas for improvement. 
  • Identify potential risks to service quality and develop mitigation strategies. Work closely with project managers and technical leads to ensure that risk management plans are effectively implemented. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading quality initiatives and training sessions. Encourage feedback and incorporate lessons learned into process enhancements. 
  • Work closely with delivery teams, including IT support, network administration, and systems management, to ensure quality standards are understood and adhered to. Facilitate communication between teams to resolve quality issues promptly. 
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a Quality Control Plan to ensure all contractual requirements are met. 
  • Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities, including audit results, corrective actions, and process improvements. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible for internal and external reviews.

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
  • BA/BS Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or HS Diploma with two (2+) years of relevant experience in a QC or QA role, particularly within IT or network environments.
  • ITIL Foundations Certification.
  • Experience developing and executing Quality Control Plans, including defining quality standards, metrics, and evaluation procedures across multiple service areas.
  • Proven ability to conduct audits and inspections in compliance with Army regulations, PWS requirements, and industry best practices, with a focus on identifying and resolving deficiencies.
  • Strong analytical skills in monitoring KPIs and SLAs, with a track record of delivering performance reports and driving continuous service improvement.
  • Skilled in risk identification and mitigation, with experience leading quality initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
  • A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
  • Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Salary Range: $54,000 - $90,000

Several factors influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, geographic location, educational background, certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.
