Responsibilities
- Define study objectives, research questions, and methodologies aligned with product needs
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including surveys, interviews, and usability tests
- Manage research lifecycle phases: design, recruitment, logistics, and moderation (remote/in-person)
- Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations shaping product strategy and design
- Communicate research findings effectively through written reports and presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers
Education
- Advanced degree preferred in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology or related field
