We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own the voice and presence of LTXV across social platforms — translating cutting-edge AI breakthroughs into content that inspires, educates, and engages developers, creators, and the broader AI community.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team in our New York office. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations at our US sites, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial processes. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

• Handle and oversee all accounting functions for our US sites, including day-to-day bookkeeping & month end close activities, revenue recognition in accordance with ASC606, accounts payable & cash management, invoicing & collections, payroll and expense support, budgeting, annual taxes & compliance, and financial reporting.
• Partner with global finance and accounting team to build out broader strategies, integrating the accounting efforts of our different international offices and prepping the company for external audits 
• Partner with US leadership and other relevant stakeholders to support the ongoing development of the US site’s reporting efforts.
• Establish and manage policies and procedures to ensure proper internal controls and processes are built for accuracy, efficiency, and scale.
• Assess the implications of new products and services to ensure our operations processes support our accounting efforts, stay compliant with relevant laws and best practices, and drive value to the business.

Your skills and experience:

• A well-versed accounting professional with 5+ years of experience, covering varied roles and subject matter areas in the B2B tech space
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles
• Understanding in US payroll and employee health insurance plan administration 
• A strategic thinker with an eye for process, but one who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working cross-functionally with other departments to drive value to the business.
• Experience in the review and implementation of financial controls and procedures, especially at a high growth startup and/or an international company.
• CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
