Hiring Salary Range: $73,086.07 - $80,394.068. Depending on qualifications.
Job Description:
Develops methods to incorporate technology into addressing business solutions for the College. Maintains operation of business unit technology systems that operate in conjunction with the College’s primary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Assists with implementation and use of technology solutions. Ensures compliance with State Board of Education rules, policies and procedures. Reviews and evaluates college use of technology to perform processes and procedures. Recommends changes to current processes and procedure to improve process efficiencies.
• Defines business processes and information systems required to support new initiatives.
• Monitors performance of business processes and establishes performance measures.
• Identifies areas requiring improvement and tasks requiring the most time or with high error rates.
• Develops solutions to improve process performance or to meet other regulatory or strategic institutional needs.
• Serves as liaison with Information Technology in identifying, developing, testing and operating information systems.
• Primary contact for questions regarding system capabilities or operation.
• Develops and maintains procedures.
• Ensures training is available for all resources supporting institutional operations.
• Analyzes and integrates standard use of systems and data between HCC processes.
• Prioritizes multiple activities and projects.
• Performs other similar and related duties as required.
Additional Job Description The position: (1) supports accounting, payroll, budget, capital project functions of the College to ensure effective and efficient operations, (2) serves as operational liaison to develop, coordinate and maintain automated financial systems of the College, (3) provides centralized research and develops financial reporting and analysis tools (4) ensures compliance with State Board of Education rules, policies and procedures, (5) coordinates the preparation of required federal, state and or private financial reports, (6) performs special projects as required and (7) supervises other professional staff.
