Responsibilities
- Identify and execute growth levers across activation, retention, and referral
- Lead experiments to optimize onboarding, sign-up flows, pricing pages, and messaging
- Design intuitive user flows collaborating closely with engineering and design
- Use data insights to remove friction in the developer journey
- Partner with marketing and community teams to drive traffic and build viral loops
- Track and improve key metrics including DAU/MAU, activation rates, and expansion revenue
- Learn rapidly from failures and double down on successful strategies
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
