Technical Implementation Manager

Spring Health is a mission-driven mental healthcare company revolutionizing access to care through validated technology. We are seeking a proactive Technical Implementation Manager to oversee member experience by managing platform configurations, eligibility processes, and collaborating cross-functionally for scalable solutions.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical acumen in platform configurations, automation, and integration.
  • Experience with ETL pipelines, API integrations, and SSO.
  • Proficiency with SQL and relational databases preferred.
  • Experience creating PRDs, SOPs, and playbooks.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer platform configurations for new, relaunch, upsell, and change requests.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes for platform configurations.
  • Support eligibility file setup, updates, testing, and ingestion configurations.
  • Remediate census failures through root cause analysis and coordinate fixes.
  • Handle non-automated eligibility deactivation processes for customers.
  • Serve as primary technical resource for customers and partners on platform and eligibility file issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement scalable, automated processes.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation including process enablement materials.
  • Drive program relaunches and support ad hoc cross-functional initiatives related to platform and eligibility.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
