Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and monitoring for the AWS platform to ensure reliability and uptime.
- Participate in incident response, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate root cause analyses.
- Analyze cloud services and data configurations to recommend performance and cost optimizations.
- Monitor and report on service levels and SLAs, working with cross-functional teams to meet targets.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and customers during incidents and change processes.
- Produce periodic performance analysis and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to internal technical communities by documenting best practices and operational insights.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrable practical experience (2+ years) in technical operations, DevOps, or similar roles.
