We're looking for a strategic and operations-focused intern to help drive the growth and optimization of Leland+, our asynchronous learning platform.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of content strategy, AI automation, and product development, helping us build the most personalized learning experience in the market. What you'll be doing:

• Build AI-powered automations to eliminate manual workflows and boost efficiency

• Manage content submissions from experts and streamline the intake process

• Conduct content audits, identify curriculum gaps, and develop strategic recommendations

• Create data-driven strategies to increase coach engagement, content quality, and content submission rates

• Help build AI tools, personalized courses, and resources that make Leland+ best-in-class

Your skills & experience:

• Previous internship experience in Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Product, EdTech, or AI/ML applications

• Experience with content management, workflow automation, or AI tool implementation

• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to conduct audits and gap analyses

• Data analytics experience to drive strategic decisions and process optimization

• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• Interest in AI/ML applications, especially in content creation or educational technology

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilities
