Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. provides its CourseLeaf software to more than 500 of the nation’s most academically complex colleges and universities to manager their academic catalogs, curriculum, section scheduling, registration, and syllabi management.
The Technical Project Coordinator plays an integral role in the setup and implementation of clients’ CourseLeaf products. The position supports the Implementation Team with their day-to-day activities and client projects. The role will establish and maintain working relationships between clients and Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. The Technical Project Coordinator is the only position in the company that speaks with every client. This position sets the tone for our incoming clients on their experience with Leepfrog and the CourseLeaf product.

A minimum of one-year prior job experience is required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required. Possess expertise with Windows OS, Microsoft Product Suite, Web Browsers, and other computer and software applications. Customer service skills are required.
Physical Requirements
Generally, this position is considered sedentary and will use office equipment, phones, and computers. This position is required to work in the corporate office and may be located in a busy, open area office, faced with regular interruptions.
