The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment across the country. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Project Oversight:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Enterprise initiatives
Ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives and meet quality standards
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity
Travel ~25% to support team and Enterprise projects
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices in project management
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with project management or construction management
5+ years of experience partnering & working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
3+ years of experience managing project schedules and managing programs and projects
3+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
3+ years of experience with team building, developing and motivating employees
25% domestic travel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience in program management and/or financial management/analysis
5+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management
5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
3+ years of experience in working with project finances
Experience with contract management, invoice management/reconciliation, and vendor management
