Personal Lines Sales Representative

Redwoods Leavitt Insurance Agency is looking for a Personal Lines Sales Representative for their office in Medford, OR. This is a full-time position that will include a small base salary plus high commissions. Annual pay range from $40,000 to $80,000.

Must have current Insurance License in the State of OR.

We are looking for someone who is energetic and driven with a winning attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

  • Provide insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based on clients’ needs.

  • Strong networking and able to cold call.

  • Input client and prospect information into Agency Management System.

  • Active in the community.

Requirements

  • Professional and motivated.

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

  • Goal oriented and driven to succeed.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Highly self-motivated.

  • Ability to manage stressful and difficult situations.

  • Current Oregon Property and Casualty license.

  • Career minded.
