As a consulting firm, we assist our clients by providing them with AI strategies, trainings, and by building highly personalized AI-powered internal applications to help them save time & money and get ahead of the competition. We operate across all industries, with clients in music, finance, and manufacturing.
As a product studio, we build 0→1 AI products for clients starting businesses and for ourselves. We do everything from competitor analysis, user research, product design and development.
Across all of our work, we move efficiently, building applications that are maximally useful while leaning heavily on AI tooling.

What you'll do
You will be the primary developer for two projects for our consulting clients. These applications are highly useful to our clients and are used by a dozen users weekly. You’ll also get the opportunity to start new projects from 0 to 1.
You’ll be responsible for shipping features, fixes, and improvements weekly and driving technical decisions. Our projects almost always use the same stack (Next.js/Typescript/Node.js). We are open to other approaches and solutions with you taking a technical lead role on these projects.
Ideally, we would like you to then evolve into a Manager / Tech Lead role.
What we are looking for
An AI-focused full-stack developer with experience in Next.js apps and an interest in solving real business problems for our clients.
Requirements
4+ years of software engineering experience in a professional environment
3+ years professional experience with Next.js and Typescript
1+ year experience building AI applications
Product-minded developer: you understand your role is to provide delightful experiences
You have the ability and curiosity to think through complex technical problems and trade-offs
You understand the superpower provided by AI coding tools. You use Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code as your daily driver.

Location
The Lattice Partners team is primarily based in Los Angeles but operates remotely. We work PST hours.
Compensation
Equity will be available for this role. The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000.
