Director, Performance Marketing

LastPass is a market-leading password and identity management company trusted by businesses and consumers worldwide. We seek a data-driven Director of Performance Marketing to lead paid media strategy and execution across B2B trial acquisition, PLG motions, and B2C e-commerce to drive scalable growth and positive ROI.

Skills

  • Proven experience managing high-volume paid media for B2B trial motions and PLG models.
  • Experience across B2C e-commerce and B2B SaaS paid channels.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and programmatic environments.
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills to interpret trends and drive actionable optimizations.
  • Experience managing substantial cross-channel budgets and forecasting performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to grow B2B trials, hand raisers, and B2C e-commerce acquisition across digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize six-figure cross-channel budgets to maximize ROI and meet performance goals.
  • Lead media planning: audience targeting, channel selection, budget allocation, and forecasting.
  • Implement and leverage machine learning and automated bidding to improve performance and LTV.
  • Provide regular performance reporting, analysis, and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, analytics, and other stakeholders to align paid efforts with business objectives.
  • Mentor and lead a team of digital marketing professionals to drive execution and growth.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
