Responsibilities
- Document current and future state processes with business teams and service providers
- Elicit, discover, and document functional requirements for Torch and Transportation systems
- Track delivered functionality against project schedules and milestones
- Assess system architecture and identify impacts to integrated platforms
- Validate technical solutions against requirements to ensure they meet business needs
- Manage risks and issues, recommending and implementing mitigation actions
- Support testing and troubleshooting; create and manage System Integration and UAT test cases
- Document and communicate bugs/issues and follow through to resolution
- Produce technical and user-facing documentation (user guides, training material)
- Analyze data sets (e.g., Excel) to identify gaps, discrepancies, and perform simple transformations
- Ensure delivered platforms meet accessibility standards
- Manage system integration into LA28 architecture ensuring cyber security and service delivery compliance
Education
- Experience in delivery of technical systems (equivalent professional experience acceptable)
- No specific degree required; relevant technical or project delivery background preferred
